Floyd Hubbell Joins SmartSynch as Senior Vice President of Sales
SmartSynch has hired Floyd Hubbell to lead the company's global sales effort as Senior Vice President of Sales. Hubbell joins SmartSynch with more than 25 years of experience selling wireless technology solutions worldwide. His successful career includes executive positions at AT&T and Lucent Technologies before joining PowerTel, one of the leading wireless carriers in the country (ultimately acquired by Deutsche Telecom and now operating as part of T-Mobile). After leading the sales effort at PowerTel, Hubbell joined Boingo Wireless, where he led the company's global sales efforts. Read more>
SmartSynch to Host Smart Grid Conference in New Orleans
SmartSynch is pleased to announce SmartSynch Conference 2010: Enabling Communication for the Smart Grid. TVA Selects SmartSynch Solution for Distributed Renewable Generation Program
Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has chosen SmartSynch as the smart metering solution provider for Generation Partners, a distributed renewable generation program offered by participating local power companies that distribute TVA power. TVA is the nation's largest public power company, providing energy to large industries and power distributors that serve approximately nine million consumers in seven southeastern states. Read more>
